Pam Baker is a veteran science and technology journalist and analyst. Her published credits include thousands of articles in leading publications including Institutional Investor magazine, The Economist Intelligence Unit, Ars Technica, PCmag, InformationWeek, TechTarget, Dark Reading, and more. Her speech at the NY Academy of Sciences is published in the Annals of the New York Academy of Sciences, one of the oldest scientific journals in the United States, and among the top five cited multidisciplinary scientific serials worldwide. She also writes for publications based outside of the U.S. such as GenomeAlberta, where she blogs on biohacking, genetics, and bioinformatics for over a decade now and counting. Formerly she served as Editor-in-Chief of Wireless IQ and Telematics Journal for ABI Research in NYC. She has also produced industry analysis and reports for research firms VisionGain in the U.K. and Evans Research Associates in San Francisco. As the author of several books, her work has been featured at the prestigious National Press Club book fair and listed as recommended reading for executives on the National Chamber of Commerce's reading list.
